Join us for **Flow Con Purpose**, a free, community-centered Pilates sculpt class designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your purpose.
Hosted by **LULAC PA** and led by **Coach Delilah Dee**, this experience blends intentional movement with live music by **Xio** to create a space where wellness feels accessible, empowering, and rooted in community.
This isn’t just a workout. It’s a reset. A reminder that movement belongs to _every body_.
