With heat network regulation fast approaching, getting new schemes ready for successful handover has never been more important. Join us for this free breakfast seminar, hosted by FairHeat and Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), where we'll explore the practical steps required to deliver compliant, resident-focused heat networks from day one.
Hear from Matt Oliver (NHG) and Freddie Valletta, Head of Quality Assurance at FairHeat, as they share lessons learned from the development, commissioning and handover of heat networks, highlighting common pitfalls, best practice approaches, and what housing providers, developers and project teams should be doing now to prepare for regulation.
This session will cover:
- Key considerations during design, construction and commissioning
- How early decisions can impact operational performance and resident outcomes
- Preparing schemes for handover and long-term management
- Common quality and compliance issues and how to avoid them
- What upcoming heat network regulation means for new developments
Join us for breakfast, networking and an interactive discussion on how to ensure your new heat networks are ready for handover, residents and regulation.
