✨ Enchanted Meditation: Forest Bathing + Sound Bath 🍂

For just a couple of hours, we invite you to leave adulthood at the edge of the forest.
Come wander. Come wonder. Come remember what it felt like to be curious about the world around you—to notice the crunch of leaves beneath your feet, the way sunlight moves through the trees, the sound of the wind, and all the tiny bits of magic we tend to miss when we're busy being grown-ups.
🌿 First, We Wander...
Your experience begins with forest bathing guided by Charliiey.
Despite the name, no water or swimsuits are involved. Forest bathing is the practice of intentionally slowing down and immersing yourself in nature through your senses—sight, sound, touch, scent, breath and presence.
Charliiey will guide you on an intuitive journey through the natural beauty of Bluff Lake, offering invitations to slow down, explore, breathe deeply and reconnect with the playful, curious part of yourself that perhaps hasn't wandered without a destination in a while.
And since we're just days away from Halloween, why not add a little make-believe?
Costumes are encouraged! 🧚🏾♀️🍄
Come as a fairy, gnome, woodland creature, forest witch, elf—or simply come as yourself. Nothing is required except a willingness to play along and perhaps suspend reality for a little while.
🔮 Then, We Listen...
After our forest adventure, we'll settle into stillness for a special sound bath with Kandice of Serendipitous NWA, visiting Denver from Northwest Arkansas for one day only.
Kandice brings her immersive sound experiences throughout NWA, and for this special Denver visit, she's packing up a little of that magic and bringing it with her.
Settle in, close your eyes and allow yourself to be serenaded by the deep vibrations of the gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other enchanting instruments as sound moves through the space around you.
No effort. No performance. Nowhere else to be.
Just you, the forest, the sound—and a little magic before Kandice's fairy wings carry her back to Northwest Arkansas. ✨
Come dressed to wander, bring something comfortable to sit or lie on for the sound bath, and give yourself permission to be a little whimsical.
