The Reset Summit: Nutrition, Sleep & Movement Lab
ABOUT THIS EVENT

You don’t need another 5:00 AM routine, an unpalatable green powder, or a 14-step biohacking protocol.

Modern wellness advice has become unnecessarily exhausting. Between extreme dietary dogmas, expensive sleep gadgets, and punishing workout regimens, most people end up feeling guilty rather than healthy.

The Reset Summit strips away the noise.

Held inside The Forum at Enterprise Coworking RiNo, this 3-hour morning session replaces passive keynote lectures with a tactile, small-group laboratory. Thirty attendees split into three small cohorts (10 people per group) and rotate through three dedicated working stations.

No guilt. No generic lectures. Just practical science translated into small, realistic adjustments you can actually sustain on a busy schedule.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Sarah Lin, MS, NBC-HWC

Lead Health Behavior Specialist & Movement Educator

Sarah Lin holds a Master of Science in Health Behavior & Kinesiology and is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). For over a decade, Sarah has worked with busy corporate teams, creatives, and independent professionals across the Front Range to design practical lifestyle systems that withstand real-world stress.

Rather than prescribing rigid meal plans or punishing workouts, Sarah specializes in micro-habit architecture—helping individuals identify the smallest, highest-leverage physical and environmental adjustments that yield immediate energy and restorative sleep.

THE THREE ROTATION STATIONS (35 MINUTES EACH)
STATION 1: FUEL & ENERGY (Everyday Nutrition Deconstructed)
  • The Plate Balance Framework: How to construct a meal that keeps blood sugar and focus stable without counting calories or weighing ingredients.
  • The Packaged-Food Reality Check: Live exercise analyzing standard grocery labels to spot hidden marketing tricks, synthetic fillers, and inflated protein claims.
  • Low-Friction Meal Prep: Structuring a realistic weekly grocery rhythm that works even when you get home late and exhausted.

STATION 2: SLEEP ARCHITECTURE (The Bedroom Audit)
  • The Sleep Environment Audit: Deconstruct the four environmental variables that dictate sleep quality: ambient temperature, noise pollution, light spectrum, and air quality.
  • The Evening Deceleration Routine: Designing a realistic 20-minute wind-down bridge that disconnects your nervous system from work screens without demanding a digital detox.
  • The Morning Circadian Anchor: Simple behavioral triggers to reset your internal clock within 30 minutes of waking.

STATION 3: EVERYDAY MOVEMENT (Mobility & De-Stressing)
  • Desk-Stiffness Antidotes: Gentle, highly effective joint mobility sequences to relieve hip, neck, and lower-back tension caused by chronic sitting.
  • Micro-Movement Snacks: Easy ways to integrate 2-minute movement breaks throughout the workday without needing workout clothes or a shower.
  • Self-Paced & Non-Competitive: All movements are gentle, adaptable, and completely optional. You are welcome to observe, adjust, or remain seated at any point.

YOUR TANGIBLE OUTPUT: THE 7-DAY RESET PLAN

At the conclusion of the three rotations, you will not leave with vague inspiration. You will sit down with your workbook and finalize The 7-Day Reset Blueprint:

  1. One Fuel Adjustment: A single meal or grocery habit you want to test next week.
  2. One Sleep Shift: One physical change to your bedroom environment or evening wind-down.
  3. One Movement Opportunity: A specific window in your daily schedule to insert gentle mobility.

You leave with a personalized, low-friction plan that you chose for yourself - not a rigid program forced upon you.
