Empowered Wellness Herbs for Winter Wellness and Heart Health

Gather in the sacred circle for Empowered Wellness every Wednesday. We will cover a range of relevant topics that fully encompass what wellness truly is: a medicine wheel that includes food, herbs, community, sacred space, sleep, movement, our connection to Mother Earth, and our sense of mental and emotional well being. We will pull relevant truths from sources both new and ancient, to reawaken, strengthen and catalyze greater well being.
