Join us for the return of our monthly series as Chef Israel Nocelo shows us resourceful ways to cook, store seasonal produce with pantry staples and demos how to prepare dishes for participants to sample.
Chef Israel is a NYC hospitality industry trained mixologist at The Liquid Chef, Cafe Frida and Sushi Samba. He developed brands like Partida Tequila, Scorpion Mescal, Leblon Cachaca, Combier, Banhez Mezcal, etc. He transitioned to Philadelphia and Washington to be promoted to bar manager at Tredici Enoteca where he managed, trained and educated bar and cocktail culture at both locations. Settling in Philadelphia he opened Tuna Bar and then became Beverage Director and Night life Hospitality at Attico Rooftop. Lastly developing his culinary exploration with SI Taquieria and Casa Oui.
