About this Event
Volunteer and help us beautify The Underline at Day in the Dirt. With 2.64 miles of our green corridor we have numerous opportunities for weeding, pruning, and planting.
š± Volunteers:
- Wear clothes that you wouldnāt mind getting dirty.
- Conduct plant bed maintenance led by The Underlineās horticulturist and the horticulture team.
- Will be provided with gardening tools and gloves.
- Wear comfortable shoes, apply sunscreen, bring hydration and a hat.
Where? Upon arrival please check in at , located across the street from 1523 SW 1st Ave. Google Pin.
Getting There: The Underline's Hammock Playground - Google Pin.
- š Metrorail: Take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station, exit south, and walk toward Hammock Playground Plaza. ~FASTEST ROUTE~
- š“āāļø Bike or Walk: Bike racks are available at the plaza. Thereās a bike path along SW 1st Avenue.
š Driving: Use metered spaces on SW 1st Avenue or nearby parking garages after crossing SW 15 Road.
ā¢ā¢ā¢ā š©āš¦¼ Accessibility: The Underline is fully wheelchair accessible.
ā¢ā¢ā¢š§ Rain Policy: The event will be postponed 2 hours before event time in the case of 50% or more chance of rain.
