Gong 4 All is an in-person sound and well-being gathering for the general public.
In celebration of International Musician’s Day, Gaia’s Crystal Healing invites you to a transformative experience facilitated by Maria Elena (Solar Sound Therapy Certificate). The sacred vibrations of the Gong are intended to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. The sound works at a cellular level to help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and restore inner peace—offering a chance to disconnect from external noise and reconnect with your essence.
Before the session
- Attire: Light clothing is recommended, preferably white.
- Bring: Your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
- Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes early for the initiation. Entry will not be permitted once the session begins, to maintain the group’s energy.
- Cell phones: Keep your phone off for the entire experience.
- Comfort: If a physical condition prevents you from lying down, please let the team know upon arrival. Chairs are available so you can enjoy the session in comfort.
