Cooking Up Family Fun

Join Vetri Community Partnership for an exciting workshop teaching nutrition through cooking. VCP Educators will first demonstrate professional knife skills and kitchen safety. Then, you will work together to make a fresh, delicious, and nutritious recipe to enjoy as a group! English and Spanish recipe cards will be provided, and our educators can talk with you about how to adapt the recipe on your own--and offer tips to make adding more fruits, vegetables, or whole grains a natural part of your routine!
