Held in Charlotte, Confluence is the must-attend annual gathering for music professionals, artists, and industry leaders across the Carolinas and the Southeast. Whether you’re shaping the business of music, innovating behind the scenes, or creating the soundtrack of tomorrow, this is where the region’s music community comes together to share ideas, make connections, and drive the industry forward.
How to Experience Confluence:
All-Access Pass: Includes access to Confluence Kickoff Party, official networking events, all conference sessions, opportunity for one-on-one mentoring (subject to availability), opportunity to add workshops, two nights of showcases and club shows in Charlotte's most interesting neighborhoods, and an outdoor day-night stage on Saturday, plus a Confluence welcome tote. All-Access Pass does not include workshops. See schedule for details.
Confluence+ Pass: Includes everything in the All-Access Pass PLUS, free access to all workshops (min. of three, $20 value each, subject to availability), a Confluence+ Swag Bag, complimentary drinks at the Kickoff Party (21+), and first access to one-on-one mentoring slots. Plus surprises to come!

LOCATION: The conference will take place at Union at Station West, a premiere special event venue with an industrial chic vibe just to the west of Uptown. An award-winning bakery, popular coffee shop, and new co-working facility are also located on site. Parking is free and convenient. Live music will happen in iconic indie venues Amos' South End, Evening Muse, Jack's Live/Rabbit Hole, Music Yard, Neighborhood Theatre, Petra’s, Snug Harbor, and more.

In 2025, 290 music industry executives, music startup founders, emerging and established talent, nonprofit leaders, media, and government leaders from across the Southeast and beyond attended the conference. At night, 1200+ attended showcases in independent venues across the city. 93% of attendees said they were Satisfied to Extremely Satisfied with their experience, and 93% were Very to Extremely Likely to attend again.
