Stop Giving Clients Anxiety
Master Proactive Communication to Win More Work & Save Your Margins
Silence is expensive. Every unanswered question, every "we'll circle back," every vague follow-up — it's where client anxiety lives, and it's quietly costing you referrals, repeat business, and your margins.
Last month, Jed's Action Lab helped us see just how vague our own commitments really are — to clients and to ourselves. This October, Paul Bauscher takes that same lens and points it at your business. What processes, follow-ups, day-to-day communication are just fluff. Because here's what most owners miss — vague follow-up doesn't just cost your clients' confidence, it costs your own bandwidth. "I'll get back to you" becomes an open loop you carry around, a mental tab you never close. Specificity isn't extra work; it's how you close the loop and get your headspace back.
Join us as we take action— building proactive, specific communication into how we actually run our businesses.
