Black Women in Corporate: Overcoming Workplace Trauma
Sis... let's talk.
Corporate success comes with opportunities, promotions, and accomplishments, but what about the experiences we don't always talk about. Being the lonely only in the room. Microaggressions. Burnout from trying prove ourselves.
Join Grace Noir for an evening of honest conversation, sisterhood, and professional growth as a dynamic panel of Black women shares the lessons they've learned from navigating workplace challenges with resilience and grace.
Expect real stories. Practical advice. A few laughs. Maybe even a few "Whew, I thought I was the only one!" moments. Spoiler alert...You're not!
Whether you're just beginning your career, climbing the corporate ladder, leading teams, or redefining your next chapter, you'll leave feeling seen, supported, and inspired. The conversation doesn't end with the panel. It begins with the pour.
Enjoy wine, light bites, and authentic conversations with women who understand the journey. Exchange stories, build your network, share what you've learned, and pour into someone else's journey while allowing others to pour into yours.
Because sometimes the best career advice isn't found in a boardroom—it's shared over a glass of wine with women who simply get it.
The Noir Pour | Poured with Purpose. Filled with Wisdom.
