About this Event
Feeling stiff, tight, or less flexible than you used to?
This isn’t an ordinary stretch appointment. Your personalized assisted stretch takes place inside The Light System at Innergy.Life—a calming environment filled with light and frequency.
A focused assisted stretch can help you move more comfortably and learn where your body is holding tension.
Join Rebecca from Stretch City for a 20-minute Community Stretch Therapy session at Innergy.Life. Each session is personalized around your mobility and areas of tightness.
