An elegant finale to Italian Design Weeks
Join Vancouver’s design community for a night of style, connection, and exceptional Italian hospitality. This year's Closing Night Gala unfolds inside The Westin Bayshore, an iconic waterfront destination celebrated for its refined setting and impeccable service. It is the perfect stage for our grand finale.
Guests will be welcomed with a welcome drink reception before sitting down to a five-course Italian dinner by master chefs, paired with premium Italian wines. The menu draws inspiration from this year’s theme, Fire: a celebration of passion, energy, transformation, and craft.
This is more than dinner. It is a gathering of leaders across Vancouver’s Italian-Canadian, business, and design communities. Expect meaningful conversation, polished service, and thoughtful details at every turn.

- 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Reception & welcome drink
- 7:00 PM: Dinner begins · Silent auction opens · Opening remarks
- 8:45 PM: Live auction & remarks
- 9:45 PM: Silent auction closes · Prize draw
- 11:00 PM: Closing
Tickets and tables:
- ICCCW Member Ticket: $299 + GST
- Non-Member Ticket: $359 + GST
- Half Table (5 guests) Member: $1,400 + GST
- Half Table (5 guests) Non-Member: $1,600 + GST
- Table (10 guests) Member: $2,800 + GST
- Table (10 guests) Non-Member: $3,200 + GST (Includes a one-year ICCCW Business Membership)
All tickets include the welcome drink and the five-course dinner with premium Italian wines.
