Circle Back is a 80-minute soundbath at The Break Room Miami, made for corporate people, by a corporate person, to help you log off, breathe and walk into the week calmer and clearer in mind, body and soul.
We’ll take it offline as you arrive and put your phone away, do a quick bandwidth reset with gentle breathwork, then take a deep dive into an immersive sound bath of singing bowls and healing instruments while you simply relax and do nothing. Then we’ll circle back at the end with a quiet moment before you return to real life.
No slides, cameras, follow-up, or experience required.
