Sometimes, the difficult part isn't knowing what we want. It is making room for that choice alongside responsibilities, relationships and other people's expectations.
Choose You is a free, 90-minute reflection session for women, centred on personal wishes, boundaries and the courage to decide for ourselves.
A mirror, not a lecture.
Whether you are a homemaker, on a career break, working, or considering a change, you are welcome. You don't need to arrive with a clear answer. Come with a question, some uncertainty, or simply a little curiosity about yourself.
The session invites you to reflect on:
• What do I genuinely want?
• What makes choosing difficult?
• How do other people's expectations influence my decisions?
• What happens when I keep putting my own wishes aside?
