Changing Seasons: Spring's Inspiration

A retreat exploring life’s transitions through the inspiration of spring.
About this Event

Spring.

A season of transition: moving from the cold, dormant months of winter into a time of warmth, activity, and new life. It offers both inspiration and invitation: to pause, to reflect, and to notice what is stirring within us and around us.

Spring has its own way of teaching us. As light lengthens and the world begins to soften and awaken, we are invited to be discerning and recognize what is ours to carry forward and what may be ready to be set down. It is a time to tend what is just beginning to take shape, to renew our spirit, and to reconnect with the rhythms of growth, change, and becoming.

In this third session of our three-part Changing Seasons series, we turn toward spring as a guide for navigating life’s transitions. Together, we will make space to still the noise—inside and out—and to listen more closely for what is emerging. Drawing on images, texts, and shared reflection, we will explore how we might move forward with resilience and integrity, grounded in a sense of deep time, lineage, and connection to those who came before us.

Whether you are in the midst of a transition or simply feel the quiet pull of a new season, you are warmly invited to join us for this in-person Circle of Trust® retreat.

“Seasons” is a wise metaphor for the movement of life, I think. It suggests that life is neither a battlefield nor a game of chance but something infinitely richer, more promising, more real. The notion that our lives are like the eternal cycle of the seasons does not deny the struggle or the joy, the loss or the gain, the darkness or the light, but encourages us to embrace it all—and to find in all of it opportunities for growth."— Parker J. Palmer
