Meditation for mental and emotional calm with Roxanne Davis
About this Event

Every Wednesday, take a self-awareness inner journey through your Chakras using guided relaxation and visualization to center and tune yourself up. You will be lying down in a restorative and cozy yoga pose with bolsters and blankets supporting your posture.

Chakras are the energy centers that align with our endocrine system, our glands that create hormonal, mental, emotional, and physical balance. This beautiful practice helps us see the unconscious and opens us to the divine source while maintaining a compassionate heart and mental clarity. Great practice for everyone who feels scattered, tired, and stressed.

Chakras are the energy centers that align with our endocrine system, our glands that create our hormonal, mental, emotional, and physical balance.

Health benefits of meditation: stress and anxiety release, reduction of adrenaline & cortisol, production of oxytocin & serotonin, improvement of brain function, concentration, and sleep.

Reservations: required. $35 1 class, or $49 1-Week Unlimited Trial: see here our daily class schedule
