Learn how to use your own body weight to build strength, mobility, balance, and body control. You’ll try beginner-friendly movements on bars, gymnastics rings, and parallel bars while learning the fundamentals of pushing, pulling, core stability, and more.
Whether you’re working toward your first push-up or pull-up or simply want to try something new, this class is for you!
🧊 Cold Plunge + Infrared Sauna
Give your body some recovery time with a restorative Hot & Ice Therapy experience after your workout.
If participating, please bring your own swimsuit and slippers.
