This November, we're bringing Hove something it's never seen before, a Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath, held among the beds at Brighton Bed Centre.
Here's how the evening unfolds:
🍫 Cacao on arrival
Begin with ceremonial cacao, a warming, heart opening welcome to settle the mind and soften the body.
🧘 30 minute deep relaxation meditation
A guided meditation to release tension and bring you fully into the present moment.
🎶 60 minute sound journey
Lie back on a bed you choose, and let gongs, singing bowls and resonant tones carry you into deep, restorative stillness.
No mats. No hard floors. Just proper rest, on a proper bed.
You'll leave lighter, calmer and completely unwound, ready for the best night's sleep you've had in ages.
