We thought our hikes were done for the year, but we're back by popular request!
It's November, and there's still time to enjoy the outdoors, so let's get outside! Join Black Men's Therapy Fund for another hike. This time, we're keeping it closer to home and exploring the outdoors right here in the GTA.
Black Men Healing in Nature is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, breathe in the fresh air, and reconnect with ourselves and others. Together, we'll explore the outdoors, build meaningful connections, and create space for grounding, reflection, and community care.
Designed for Black men, this gathering is about more than just hiking. It's an opportunity to slow down, move our bodies, recharge, share experiences, and experience the power of community.
Whether you've joined us before or are coming out for the first time, we'd love to have you with us. No prior hiking experience is needed. Just come as you are, and let's make the most of the season together, one step at a time.

Estimated Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes - 2hrs
Elevation: 82m
As the year winds down, let's make room for connection, movement, and time outdoors. Take a break from the everyday, enjoy some fresh air, meet new people, and reconnect with yourself and the community around you.
The specific meetup location and additional event details will be shared with registered participants ahead of the hike. Parking is available at Evergreen Brick Works for those planning to drive, and the location is accessible by public transportation, including nearby bus routes.
