Female artists or creatives ages 20-30 interested in mental health and wellness.
Are you a female artist or creative? Do you love wellness? Do you love exploring your creativity with like-minded women?
Mental health in the live music industry can often be overlooked. With late nights, long hours, and the expectation to be "on", it can be easy to burn out.
Beyond the Stage is a community workshop that brings together like-minded female artists through guided movement, creative expression, and conversations around wellness and mental health. Take some time to connect with yourself and others through various activities.
