On Wednesday October 21st 2026 we are switching the vibes up hunni. We are excited fot this flow because the technique from ballet is heavily tied to heels dance training and in this class we will be going over the main basics that'll have you thriving in your heels dance journey. But, it doesn't stop there- we will end the second half of class with a heels routine with those same techniques learned from our Ballet warm up.
This class is beginner/intermediate level but all levels are welcomed and HEELS ARE NOT REQUIRED!
Class will start with a stretch and warmup followed by a teaching of the combo. Expect lines, sexy movements, springs, floor work, balancing technique and texture.
IMPORTANT: If you don't have ballet slippers, wear socks . You can wear tights/leggins and a crop top or go all in with a leotard, skirt etc. Yes there will be ballet bars present :)
Class will be one hour long. Please show up five minutes early because we will START ON TIME.
Cost: $15
-Class price increases $5 on the day of the event ($20 at door)
