Join us for a monthly hands-on cooking series led by BC Dietitians, where food, evidence-based nutrition, and community come together.
Each month features a new topic, taught by practicing dietitians in a fun, interactive kitchen setting. You will cook, learn practical nutrition strategies, and enjoy the meal together.

This class focuses on building balanced meals to support blood sugar management, energy levels, and overall health. You will learn how to create meals that help stabilize blood sugar, improve satiety, and feel satisfying without restriction.
