Our first Bakery Rave SOLD OUT, so we're running it right back! 🪩🥐And this time, we're going a little bigger.
Inspired by the bakery raves sweeping Europe, we're teaming up with local run clubs @445_run_club and @oatbrosrunclub to bring another morning of movement, music and a whole lot of fun to @theriverbanklane.
We'll kick things off with an optional 40-minute riverside run or walk 🏃♀️🚶♂️, followed by our favourite 4 Bs:

Plus, @ostudio will be joining us with their Normatec compression boots for a little post-run recovery! 🦵
