The Power of Music in Storytelling: Deepening Connection and Narrative Impact
Music has the power to tell stories that inspire, heal, and unite. In this masterclass, Karen Gibson MBE — founder and director of the internationally acclaimed Kingdom Choir — explores how vocalists, musicians, directors and other creatives can communicate with authenticity, purpose, and emotional truth.
Drawing on her experience leading performances on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, from the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, to the Coronation of King Charles III, Karen shares practical insights into interpreting lyrics, connecting deeply with audiences, and using musical performance to drive narrative impact and communicate stories that resonate long after the final note.
Whether you’re a performer, filmmaker, songwriter, or storyteller, this session will equip you to harness the power of music to tell stories that move hearts, build connection, and leave a lasting impact.
