About this Event

Event In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a Art Therapy Workshop focused on mindfulness, emotional expression, and healing through creativity.

Workshop Activities

Breathwork

Simple breathing exercises designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and provide tools that can be used during moments of frustration, anxiety, grief, or emotional pain.

Journaling

Guided journaling prompts focused on gratitude, resilience, hope, and recognizing the people, experiences, and possibilities that make life worth continuing.

Abstract Painting

A creative experience where participants can express emotions, release stress, and create without judgment or expectations. No artistic experience is necessary.

This is not a clinical therapy session. It is a supportive community centered workshop that uses creativity, reflection, and mindfulness to encourage healing and connection.

Together, we can honor those we have lost, support those who are struggling, and help break the silence surrounding suicide and mental health.

Led by Stephen Williams** Certified Art Therapy Practitioner & Founder of The Hyangle
