Don passionately believes that everyone is creative, but many people lose touch with that part of themselves as they age and their lives get busier. Creativity can help you unlock your own tranquillity, enrich your life and bring a sense of joyfulness to the every day. You just need to discover it within.
About the Book
Whether it’s writing a few lines in a journal, cooking, reading something inspiring or simply going for a walk in nature, creative potential is all around you. Awakening your own creative potential can liberate you and make you more enthusiastic about life; you become a participant, not just an observer. Creative expression will expand beyond just you and will create a positive and fulfilling experience for all those around you. The Artist Within is all about encouraging the reader to reconnect with their artistic self. Much-loved artist and writer Don Conroy shows the reader how to do this by illustrating what he’s learned from a lifelong creative practice, providing encouragement and inspiration.
