CG5 (born Charlie Green) is a name you may recognize from the iconic “Probably because I am CG5” TikTok sound, seen and liked by millions. The 27-year-old singer/songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Arizona has built one of the internet’s largest independent music audiences, anchored by a YouTube channel that touts over 10.9 million subscribers and more than 4 billion views, making CG5 one of the platform’s leading music creators. To date, CG5 has amassed billions of streams across platforms, with 2.6+ million monthly listeners on Spotify and fan-favorite singles including “Sleep Well,” “I See a Dreamer,” “Dancin’,” “THX,” “Lonely King,” “4GET,” “Vibrant Eyes,” “Good To Be Alive,” “Listen To The Music,” and “Break Out The Box.” On TikTok, where he has over 5.2 million followers, his songs have inspired more than 7.6 million video creations. Charlie captivates fans with his original compositions, remixes, and covers inspired by viral memes, TV shows, original concepts, and video games such as Dream SMP, Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNaF), Cuphead, Among Us, etc. His YouTube channel found its stride in 2017, driven by the success of his FNaF tracks like “I Got No Time (Remix),” “Labyrinth,” and the Bendy and the Ink Machine-inspired track “Amen,” establishing him as a FNaF community pioneer.
