FAITH & MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP
FAITH & MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP
Understanding the Connection | Breaking the Stigma | Building Whole Life Wellness
Faith and mental health are not opposing conversations. It's time to create space for both!
Join us for an engaging, interactive, and educational workshop designed to bridge the gap between faith, mental health, emotional well-being, and everyday life.
Whether you're seeking a deeper understanding of your own mental wellness or you're a professional or leader who wants to better incorporate mental health awareness into your practice, workplace, community, or ministry, this workshop is for you!
This isn't just another conversation about mental health. It's an opportunity to gain knowledge, participate in meaningful discussions, develop practical strategies, and walk away equipped with tools you can apply personally and professionally.
