🧘🏾♀️ Join me for After Hour Asana — a soulful, high-vibe yoga experience created to help you unwind, recenter, and reconnect. This evening class is for the folks who move all day long and need a sacred pause to pour back into themselves. We’ll stretch, breathe, and flow with intention, blending gentle movement with spiritual alignment to close the day in peace and power.
