Join us for a hands-on lecture and cooking demonstration exploring the roots of alkaline eating — raw, mineral-rich dishes drawn from the healthiest Caribbean and West-African culinary traditions.
Our host, Abraham, the Health Food Doctor, has spent over a decade researching healthy food. After discovering the teachings of Dr. Sebi — who taught that the African revolution is the health revolution — Abraham took this research further, dedicating himself to sharing the most healing, mineral-dense foods with his community. Abraham found that alkaline means choosing foods that nourish and restore the body at its core.
In this session, you'll learn how to create flavourful, raw alkaline dishes rooted in ancestral wisdom — proving that eating healthier doesn't mean giving up on taste.
