Aerial Reiki Sound Bath: Edinburgh, 31st October, 5.45-6.45pm

A deeply immersive sound bath experienced from the comfort of a low aerial hammock, combining soothing live sound, Reiki healing and guided meditation. Supported in the hammock from the start, you'll be invited to completely let go as the vibrations of live instruments wash through the space, encouraging profound rest and relaxation. There is no physical practice in this session.

Suitable for most bodies. Ideal if you're new to sound baths, feeling low on energy, or simply craving deep rest. (Not suitable during pregnancy.)
