Everyone, regardless of their level of experience or background, can benefit.
This class is designed to address everyday problems with simple and practical advice that makes sense according to our daily experience, clear your mind and connect to your heart to cultivate inner peace and happiness for the rest of your day.
Though the short 5-10 min class before the 20 minute guided meditation derives from Buddhist philosophy and teachings, you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend. These classes are suitable for beginners and advanced meditators alike. Come see why so many in the Mission and beyond drop in for the perfect mid day reset!
