About this Event
ONE Community. ONE Celebration. Countless New Beginnings.
Join the agents and supporters of Realty ONE Group Focus PHL, NEPHL and Southampton as we celebrate another year of helping people come home!
This year, all three offices are coming together for “Home for the Holidays,” presented by Realty ONE Group Focus & Flip Funding LLC. We’re looking forward to catching up with colleagues, meeting people from across the offices and celebrating with those who support our agents throughout the year.
Join us on Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 6-9 PM at The Winston Social Club, 461 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
Food service begins at 6:15 PM, with selections brought out throughout the evening. Drink tickets are included, and a cash bar is available for additional purchases. DJ Ricochet will provide the music, with photography by Noel Pettigrew.
Registration & Toy Drive
Admission is free with a new, unwrapped toy donation, or you can purchase a $10 ticket if you’re not bringing a toy. Select the appropriate ticket option when registering.
Our toy drive benefits Overbrook West Neighbors (OWN), Inc., a community organization serving Philadelphia’s Overbrook neighborhood.
If you choose the free ticket option, please bring your new, unwrapped toy to the celebration. We appreciate your contribution and the opportunity to support our neighbors as we head into the holiday season.
