Vendor Applications
Calling All Farmers, Artisans, Makers & Small Businesses!
We are inviting local farmers, artists, crafters, makers, specialty vendors, and small-business owners to apply for participation in the 2026 Philadelphia Farmers Market and Crafts Fairs.
Vendor spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Interested vendors are encouraged to apply early for consideration.

Please submit your vendor application by email:
Please include the following information:
- Business Name
- Contact Information — Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
- Product Description — Please provide a detailed description of the products you plan to sell
- 2–4 Photos — Product photos and booth/display photos, if available
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Vendors selected to participate will receive confirmation along with additional information regarding booth assignments, setup procedures, event guidelines, and vendor arrival instructions.
