I hope you can support our November 7 Last Spike Tribute DinnerWe purchase a table of 10 for $800 and sell it for $880. That's a whopping $8 donation per person!
This is not really a fundraising dinner. It is a TRIBUTE dinner. I wonder if you are able to purchase a table to pay tribute to the Chinese railroad workers?
The Acting Consul General Hongbo Cheng and Vice Consul Zenghua Wang are confirmed to attend
We want families, friends, and community members to gather around the table, enjoy a fabulous Chinese meal, share stories, celebrate our history, and honour the approximately 17,000 Chinese railroad workers who helped build the most dangerous sections of Canada's transcontinental railway through British Columbia.
Keynote Address
We are honoured to welcome Citizenship Judge Albert Wong, a distinguished community leader, decorated Canadian Armed Forces veteran, and the first person of Chinese descent to serve as Chief Aide-de-Camp to the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. His accomplishments and decades of service to Canada are truly remarkable.

So, my friends, I am not asking you to come to a fundraiser.
I am inviting you to come to a celebration of history, resilience, friendship, food, and the nation builders who deserve to be remembered.
Come alone. Bring a friend. Bring your family. Bring your appetite!
And most importantly, bring your support for the Chinese railroad workers whose contributions helped build this country.
I hope to see you on November 7! ❤️
