Unwind from the week and join us for a restorative Sound Healing Journey. Join Heather on Friday, November 6 at 7:30PM for a Sound Healing & warm cacao elixir. The evening is curated to support you in releasing tension, opening your heart, and resetting your nervous system after a long week.
We will begin by sharing a warm, seasonally inspired, vegan cacao. This ancient medicine is known for its gentle ability to increase blood flow, quiet the mind, and open the heart center, creating a perfect foundation for meditative rest.
Guests are welcome to sit or lie on a yoga mat as Heather guides us into an immersive Sound Healing journey. Heather will play crystal singing bowls, the handpan, Tibetan metal bowls, chimes, a handmade frame drum, and more. These ancestral instruments will create a soothing vibration to open any energetic blocks, reduce the chatter in your head, and guide your brainwaves into a deeply restorative, dream-like state.
What to bring: A yoga mat, 2 cozy blankets, 2 pillows, an eye mask, drinking water and an open mind. If getting on and off the floor is limiting to you feel free to bring a lawn chair or zero gravity chair. Our space has no step to enter or exit.
✨ How to Join: Space is limited. To reserve your spot, please e-transfer [email protected], or to pay by credit card
