🌈 TAKE TIME – Rainbow Dance & Art Workshop
A free creative workshop for the Rainbow community, bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, art and nature.
We’ll begin with a gentle mindfulness walk in Rocket Park, followed by:
・Creative dance and movement
・Art-making and self-expression
・Zen-inspired meditation
Time to connect, reflect and enjoy being together
The workshop is particularly aimed at people 65+, but everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender or ethnicity.
No dance or art experience is needed.
A safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for all abilities.
