Fujifilm New Zealand and are teaming up for Funky Florals, a fun, hands-on school holiday photography workshop at Fujifilm House of Photography.
Designed especially for young creatives aged 12-16 year old, this three-hour workshop is all about experimenting with photography, colour and light. With colourful backdrops, funky fresh flowers and vibrant RGB lighting, our young photographers will have everything they need to create some seriously cool images.
With guidance from our friendly photography tutors, participants will get hands-on with Fujifilm cameras and lenses, explore the fascinating world of macro and close-up photography, and discover how changing lighting, colour, composition and perspective can completely transform a photograph.
No photography experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to get creative!

About the workshop
Funky Florals is a collaboration between Fujifilm New Zealand and IMAGEN8, bringing together Fujifilm photography equipment and experienced tutors to give young people the opportunity to learn through making, experimenting and having fun.
The workshop will be kept to a small group, allowing plenty of hands-on time with the cameras and support from our tutors.
Participants should bring their own snack for our short break. To help us accommodate different allergies and dietary requirements safely, food will not be provided.
All photography equipment required for the workshop will be provided, but feel free to bring your own camera too if you would like!
