🍺🔬 Science is on tap and we are bringing the brew! 🔬🍺U-Neek Brewing Company is honored to be invited to pour at this year’s Brewology at the Pacific Science Center!
Join us for an unforgettable after-hours evening where the art of craft brewing meets hands-on discovery. We will be serving up five of our favorite U-Neek pours alongside an incredible lineup of other local craft breweries, cideries, wineries, and kombucha makers.
Stop by the U-Neek Booth: Hands-On Brewing Science!
Ever wonder what actually builds the flavor, aroma, and color of your favorite pour? We are bringing an exclusive Brewing Show & Tell to our booth!
Come get up close with the raw ingredients behind the magic:
🌾 Full Grain & Hop Bills: Inspect, touch, and smell the exact malt profiles and hop varieties used across five of our signature craft beverages.
🧪 Behind the Recipe: Chat with our team about how tweaking a single grain or hop addition transforms the final pour from grain to glass.
What Else is on Tap for the Evening:
🧪 The Science of Suds: Hear talks from craft brewing experts detailing the fascinating chemistry and biology behind brewing.
🏛️ After-Hours Exhibit Access: Explore more than 70 interactive science exhibits across the PacSci campus—beer in hand!
🍺 Commemorative Tasting Glass: Take home an official Brewology keepsake glass with your ticket.
