Raah – A Literacy & Cultural Centre invites you to a deeply moving storytelling experience that explores the human cost of conflict, the pain of loss and the power of empathy.
Inspired by Colum McCann’s book Apeirogon and videos of Combatants for Peace, this presentation by Sunita Shetty and Chetan Shetty brings together the contrasting stories of an Israeli father and a Palestinian father, both of whom have lost a child to the conflict.
Through their stories, the performance invites us to look beyond borders, differences and divisions, reminding us that grief is universal and that dialogue is the first step towards understanding and peace.
Join us for a thought-provoking afternoon that reminds us why we must keep talking, listening and finding our shared humanity.
