Zumba is a high- energy fitness program that combines aerobic exercise with Latin inspired dance. Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Zumba is perfect for everyone. Zumba for me is not just a dance class it is a party! I have been teaching Zumba for 12 years. My passion for dance inspired me to become a Zumba instructor at 18 years old. I love to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle through dance and working out. What to bring: Comfortable sneakers, a water bottle, and your best energy! Can't wait to see you on the dance floor!
