Explore vocal improvisation through circlesinging, the collaborative practice popularized by Bobby McFerrin in which singers build improvised music together using repeating vocal parts, rhythmic patterns, melodies, and spontaneous solos.Through guided exercises and group improvisation, participants will develop listening skills, rhythmic awareness, responsiveness, and confidence creating music in the moment. The workshop emphasizes the relationship between individual improvisation and ensemble awareness, helping singers respond to what they hear while contributing their own musical ideas.
