# Pelvic Well-Being: A Space to Connect, Explore & RestoreYour pelvis plays a role in so much—how you breathe, move, support yourself, experience sensation, and respond to stress. But how often do you slow down and connect with this part of your body—with curiosity and without judgment?
Join Yoga Therapist Felicia “Fela” Taliaferro, M.S., C-IAYT, for a workshop exploring pelvic well-being through gentle movement, breath awareness, guided rest, and reflection.
**Together, we’ll explore:**
- Accessible movement and pelvic mobility
- Breath and nervous system awareness
- Pelvic floor connection, including noticing when we’re holding, engaging, or softening
- Guided body awareness
- Rest and reflection
- Practical tools for everyday well-being
This is an invitation to deepen your understanding of your pelvis, attune to your own experience, and discover practices that support connection, confidence, and ease within your body—with compassion for where you are.
**What is yoga therapy?**
Yoga therapy is an evidence-informed practice that draws on movement, breath, meditation, and self-inquiry to support the whole person’s well-being. It goes beyond poses, honoring the body, mind, lived experience, and personal goals of each individual while drawing on traditional yogic wisdom and contemporary research.
