Build a custom AI assistant trained on YOUR business and answer customer questions 24/7 in your brand voice. Perth hands-on workshop
About this Event

What if you had a team member who never slept, knew your business inside out, and answered customer questions at 2am?

You've tried ChatGPT. Maybe you've played with Claude or Gemini. But you haven't built anything that actually works for your business, and you know you're falling behind.

This isn't a lecture. This isn't a demo you watch and forget.

This is a 90-minute hands-on sprint where you'll build a custom AI assistant trained on your own business information and walk out with it working on your laptop, ready to use tomorrow morning.

What You're Actually Building
Imagine a digital team member who:
  • Knows your products, services, and prices
  • Speaks in your brand voice (not generic robot-speak)
  • Answers your most common customer questions while you sleep
  • Drafts emails, creates content, and handles routine enquiries
  • Works 24/7 without sick days, holidays, or overtime

What to Bring:
  • A laptop (fully charged) with a web browser
  • A ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account (free tier is fine setup instructions sent before the event)
  • 2-3 business documents: your FAQ page, price list, product/service descriptions, or anything a new employee would need to learn about your business
  • Your curiosity and your real business questions

What You'll Learn
  • General AI vs custom AI
  • How to define your assistant's personality, knowledge, and boundaries
  • How to ensure AI gives accurate, on-brand answers
  • How to improve your assistant using real customer scenarios
  • How to ensure your AI team understand the responsible AI guardrails
  • WA AI Hub's 5-point governance checklist

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is perfect for:

  • Small business owners tired of answering the same questions repeatedly
  • Solo operators who can't afford to hire but need support
  • Retail and hospitality owners wanting 24/7 customer service
  • Trades and service businesses needing help with quotes and enquiries
  • Consultants and coaches wanting to scale their time
  • Anyone who's tried AI but hasn't made it work for their actual business

Not for you if: You're looking for a general AI introduction. This is a build session, you'll leave with a working tool.

No technical experience required, just a laptop and your business knowledge.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy

1) Your legal rights: Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits them. This policy applies to tickets for this event only.

2) If we cancel or materially change the event: If we cancel this event, or change its date, content, format or delivery mode so materially that it no longer meets your reasonable needs, you can choose either:

(a) a full refund of the total you paid, including Eventbrite fees, to your original payment method; or

(b) a transfer to a later event of your choice.

We do not deduct any fee from these refunds. Minor changes, such as a substitute presenter, a running-order change, or a different room at the same venue, do not entitle you to a refund under this clause. If you think a change is material, email and we will decide within 5 business days. We will give reasons if we decline, and your legal rights are unaffected.

3) If you cannot attend: Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind. If you tell us at least 14 days before the event, you may move your ticket once to another session, subject to availability. It has no cash value.

4) Transferring your ticket to another person: You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event, by emailing with the new attendee’s name and email, or via Eventbrite’s transfer tool where enabled. Tickets must not be resold for more than you paid. We set this cut-off because we confirm final attendee numbers with the venue and caterer, and prepare name badges and course materials, 7 days before each event.

5) No-show or leaving early: No refund or credit is available if you do not attend or leave part-way through, except as required by law.

6) Refund requests: Email with your name, order number and the clause you rely on. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and decide them within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.

7) Conduct: We may refuse entry or remove an attendee who endangers others or seriously disrupts the event. No refund is due for that. This does not limit your legal rights.

8) Tickets sold through Eventbrite: Eventbrite processes tickets. Its refund tools and terms apply in addition to this policy, and we will honour the rights set out here. For advisory, training or consulting under a separate written agreement, that agreement’s terms apply together with clauses 1 and 2.
