Matina Singh
Intuitive Guide, Soul Mentor & Certified Emotion Code Practitioner
Your Emotions Have a Job—What Are They Trying to Do for You?
What if the emotions you keep trying to move past are trying to tell you something important?
Through relatable everyday examples and a simple guided reflection, Matina will help us explore what may be behind always being the dependable one, feeling overwhelmed, or finding it difficult to ask for help.
Discover a new way to listen to your emotions, understand yourself with greater compassion, and make room for new choices. Come ready to connect, reflect, and enjoy a welcoming afternoon with a supportive community of women!
