About this Event
Join Maquette Art Fair for an intimate, one-of-a-kind culinary experience with renowned Canadian chef, former restaurateur and author Ken Lefebour, whose instinct-driven approach to cooking is as creative and unconventional as art itself.
Forget the traditional dinner. This is an invitation to explore the art of flavour of a unique tasting menu.
Expect a lively evening of unexpected combinations, distinctive tastes and culinary discoveries as Chef Ken brings his creative process to life. Watch, listen and engage as he shares stories from his life as a chef, discusses the inspiration behind his approach to food preparation and explores the fascinating ways flavours come together. Think a live cooking demonstration meets an intimate conversation, with the opportunity to ask questions and get a glimpse into the mind of a chef.
Whether you're a passionate foodie, a curious culinary explorer or someone who appreciates creativity in all its forms, this is an opportunity to experience food through a different lens.
An exclusive experience. Just 30 seats available.
Tickets are $30 per person plus applicable tax. Seating is strictly limited, so don't wait to reserve your place.
More than a culinary experience, this is a fundraising event supporting the Maquette Art Fair. Your ticket helps Maquette champion Canadian artists, create opportunities for creative exchange and bring exceptional arts and cultural programming to our community.
Come for the flavours. Stay for the conversation. Leave inspired.
Ken's book, I'm Just Gonna Fucking Cook, offers a personal look into his culinary philosophy and adventures. Copies will be available for purchase during the event.
