What if the unconscious is not irrational – but intelligent? This English-language weekend course introduces Cybernetic Psychology and explores how unconscious processes shape our dreams, relationships, communication, and personal development.
Through a combination of teaching, experiential exercises, and group work, participants will explore themes such as dreams and unconscious intelligence, mindfulness and presence in relationships, conscious and unconscious communication, drawing therapy, and the role of the body in psychotherapy.
The course combines theory with personal therapeutic work and group supervision, giving participants practical tools for working with themselves and their relationships. It is relevant both for people working professionally with others and for anyone interested in deeper personal development.
The approach builds on more than 30 years of experience with psychotherapy, group work, meditation, and self-development within the tradition of Cybernetic Psychology.
