Are you longing to feel more free in your voice and singing?You Can Sing! is back and we will be holding our next workshop on Sunday, October 22, in Aarhus N.
This workshop is for anyone who wants feel more at ease with their voice and singing, and gently start to open their vocal instrument.
During this time, we will move away from the idea that singing is about getting everything right and instead focus on the joy of singing, connecting to our true voice and our inner expressions
Whether you are used to singing or not at all, you are welcome to join!
This is a place to explore and get to know your authentic voice, without forcing, without needing to get it "right," or without needing to sing or sound "nice" at all.
It is about freedom and joy.
Through deep relaxation, playful voice exercises, intuitive singing and songs, we'll begin to let the voice unfold and fall into its natural expression.
We will be joining in some wonderful songs such as a medicine and/or a well-known heartfelt pop song.
If you'd like to share a song with the group, you are very welcome to bring it, and you can also bring an instrument to accompany yourself.
Throughout the workshop, Lilo will be sharing tips, tricks and techniques for singing with you, and you are welcome to come with any specific questions about your voice or singing.

Hi, my name is Lilo.
I am a singer, vocal coach, voice actor, and Embodied Vision and Belief coach.
After many years of voice training, practice and deep inner exploration, I've come to realize that the human voice is not only a tool to sing and express our daily needs and wants. It is a tool for profound healing and a pathway straight into our hearts and connection to others.
The healing power of the voice and singing has been used for over centuries, in many cultures and tribes to heal, communicate with nature and the energies around us, though this wisdom and practice has gone lost over time and certainly in the western culture.
Most of us have grown to believe we need to keep our voices down and that we shouldn't express ourselves too much. I've come to realize that keeping our voices in, is one of the biggest causes of all our stress and disconnection.
Each time we let out a true expression come forward, a deep release is ignited and change is around the corner.
So, It is time to free our voices and allow ourselves to sing again.
